Mariko Bennett
Mariko L. A. Bennett is an entrepreneur, strategic advisor, author, executive producer, and co-founder of Harness Our Power. She is also CEO and Founder of COCO B. Productions, creator of The Blueprinting Experience, author of The Blueprint to Manifest Your Dreams, and host of the Dreaming with Intention podcast. Over more than two decades, Mariko has worked at the intersection of business, government, community, and personal development, including senior leadership experience as a Fortune 500 external and political affairs executive. Mariko is an active civic and community leader and is committed to building strategic partnerships, creating high-impact experiences, empowering leaders, and turning vision into intentional action and meaningful impact.

Alethia Jackson
Alethia Jackson is a senior executive, attorney, strategic advisor, and co-founder of Harness Our Power. She is also founder of The Stuyvesant Group, LLC and host of The Power Within podcast. Over more than two decades, Alethia has worked at the intersection of business, government, healthcare, and social impact, including senior leadership roles at a Fortune 25 company, leading healthcare and insurance trade associations. Alethia serves on several nonprofit boards and is committed to building strategic partnerships, advancing innovation and leadership, and driving measurable impact and long-term value.
